Sandymount and Merrion Residents Association to update residents on local developments at AGM on 25th April 2022
The Sandymount and Merrion Residents Association (SAMRA) is holding its Annual General Meeting in Sandymount Hotel, Herbert Road, Dublin 4, on 25th April at 7.30pm.
The meeting is open to all residents in the area. Local Councillors, public representatives and representatives from An Garda will be invited to contribute to the meeting.
The meeting will include updates on SAMRA’s achievements and ongoing work in several important areas :
Chairperson of SAMRA David Turner said:
“We are really excited about holding our first face to face AGM in a long time.
“Our work focuses on protecting and preserving and enhancing the local environment for the community by giving residents a voice, and empowering and leveraging collective representation
“We encourage residents in the area to come along to the AGM and hear what the committee has been doing. We are eager to hear your suggestions and ideas on how the community can be enhanced.
This will re-shape our agenda going forward.
“Since 1962 SAMRA has been working on behalf of residents. It is the longest established residents’ association in Dublin” he said.
